There’s nothing like using St. Patrick’s Day to celebrate all of the food and fun of the Irish culture, even if your family isn’t Irish. St. Patrick’s Day is a great time to go out with friends or family, to eat and drink, and celebrate the beginning of spring. If you are looking for a place to come and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, you need to stop in and see us. We’re one of the few restaurants in South Florida to serve Irish food and beverages. What’s On the Menu for St. Patrick’s Day?
McGrath’s was started by a family with roots in Ireland, so of course Saint Patrick’s Day is a very important holiday! Of course, there are lots of themed drinks in honor of Ireland: Irish Bloody Mary, The Irish Maiden, and the popular Luck ‘o the Irish Chocolate Martini. McGrath’s has a huge selection of Irish whiskey–everything from Jameson’s to Celtic Honey to Powers Gold 10 Year. There are several whiskeys you’d be hard pressed to find anywhere outside of Ireland, but they are a fabulous treat brought in for Americans to enjoy. If you love Irish beer, there’s tons of it here, from Harp Lager to Killian’s Irish Red to Kilkenny Ale.
You’ll need to eat with your drink, and McGrath’s has amazingly good Irish-infused food on the menu. You may want to try our fabulous selection of pot pies, especially the Shepherd’s Pie, Fish and Chips, Bangers and Mash, or Baked Scallops. No matter what kind of food you are looking for during the festivities, McGrath’s has something that will make your tastebuds dance with joy.
