Traditions are a wonderful thing. We all have some that are unique, and we take a great deal of pride and joy in adhering to them. And when we get to combine two different ones, it becomes a celebration that we can thoroughly revel in with delight. Here at McGrath’s Irish Ale House, tradition is a huge part of what we do. We believe in serving up the best traditional Irish cuisine and providing an atmosphere that many Irish pubs are known for having. It’s our own way of bringing the very best of the Emerald Isle to Lakewood Ranch. Another tradition, once started by the United States Navy during the 1920s, is what many now know as “Happy Hour.” So, what happens when this comes to an Irish pub? Simple, you get an authentic Irish happy hour in Lakewood Ranch! 

Be Happy Every Day  

The working week can be a stressful one. There never seem to be enough hours in the day to celebrate and enjoy the time away from our hectic schedule and obligations, let alone accomplish what we need to do before our well-deserved downtime. Here at Mcgrath’s Irish Ale House, we understand this all too well. This is why our version of happy hour is three hours long, from 3:00 to 6:00 PM. And unlike other taverns or bars that only have it Monday through Friday, we host ours every day. That’s right, for three hours a day, seven days a week, the drinks are flowing, and Irish eyes are smiling.
